Soaper's Choice
This company is a wholesale distributor of bulk oils for soaping. Their prices are quite reasonable. In my experience they ship quickly.
Brambleberry
Brambleberry carries a wide variety of soap and lotion making supplies. I order from them quite regularly. Their fragrances are wonderful. I especially like the fact that they have a sister site Teach Soap that has a lot of tutorials and recipes designed for the novice soapmaker.
tkbtrading this site carries a wide variety of colorants off all kinds. While I haven't tested their entire product line I am happy with the ones I've bought so far.
Wellington Fragrance
I like this site for the wide variety of fragrance oils. They also carry essential oils. Their prices are a bit lower than other sites. While the fragrances oils are wonderful, they don't seem to have the staying power of the more expensive ones on other sites. I do recommend this site though'

Sweetcakes carries wonderful fragrance oils in addition to a wide variety of soap and lotion making supplies. this is a good place to look for hard to find scents.
The Original Soap Dish
In addition to wonderful colorants that I personally use, They carry a wide variety of soap and lotion making supplies. I've spoken to the owner Rebekah Bailey who is both friendly and quite knowledgeable. She has onsite a resource page with recipes and tutorials. All and all it's a great resource for soapers.
eSoap Supplies by Jessica bay, Inc Formerly Nature's Bouquet the site carries a wide variety of soap and lotion making supplies.
Majestic Mountain Sage I love this site. They have all the usual stuff and a few items that are a little harder to find like scales and shrink wrap bags. They also have a nice lye calculator and a recipe page.
Creekside Soaps a great place to buy soap supplies. I love their molds.
Milky Way Molds Here is a great place to buy soap molds, stamps, and paints. There molds are high quality and make wonderful soaps.
Scottcrew Enterprises This site has a fantastic collection of soap molds. They also carry soap and candlemaking supplies
The Chemistry Store This vender carries a wide variety of soaping and related craft items. I like them because they carry the Stephenson line of M&P bases.
From Nature with Love This is a wonderful site that carries almost anything your heart desires. It is a very good place for Frangrance and essential oils.
Papermart Here you can find all kinds of wonderful packaging at very low prices. They also carry shrink wrap, bags and heat sealers.
